Christmas dinner at Blu was exceptional. Special shout-out to Nik, our server. He was extremely attentive and went above and beyond to make our night special. If you haven’t booked for NYE yet, don’t wait! We’ll see you there!

Been here many times and of course view is outstanding- food okay. Today-Christmas- they did a fabulous job. Prices fixe menu was terrific. Selection excellent. Food tasted great. They didn’t skimp on anything. I was so impressed and surprised. They get an A +. For $79 a real winner. Service started out slow but got better.

We went on Christmas Eve to Drift. First time for a small group of people and myself. Not many people as the restaurant is quite new. The place is beautiful (was Houlihan's in the past. Totally made over. Service was excellent with waiter ,Jesus, and helpful staff. Food was great and prices were reasonable for a high end restaurant with spectacular views of city. Drinks were good. Bar area very pretty. Will definitely return !!!

I don’t recall his name but our server was outstanding! Pleasant, fun, and helpful. The family talked about what a great vibe he brought to dinner! We go as a family every time we go to NYC (our third trip) and food is always delicious, with PLENTY to go around. Also appreciated the water pitcher on the table. As a large family (table of 9), it’s so much easier to keep the water glasses full ourselves. Thanks again!!

The team went above and beyond, especially in recognizing my wife’s birthday, which added a thoughtful and personal touch to the night. Our waiter, Lonny, was absolutely fantastic. His attention to detail, warm demeanor, and expert knowledge of the menu elevated the entire dining experience. Lonny helped us choose the perfect dishes and wine pairings, ensuring every bite and sip was nothing less than perfect. A special shout-out to Sous Chef Alvaro Diaz, whose culinary expertise shone through in every dish. The sizzling steaks were cooked to absolute perfection—rich, flavorful, and melt-in-your-mouth tender. The sides were equally impressive, with the creamy mashed potatoes and the lobster mac and cheese being true standouts. It’s clear that Chef Diaz pours his heart and soul into creating a memorable dining experience. What truly set the evening apart was the way the staff went out of their way to celebrate my wife’s birthday. From the personalized greeting to the thoughtful dessert surprise, it was a moment we’ll cherish forever.
