- IIreneCalifornia Central Coast •27 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoThe food was absolutely delicious! Between the six of us, we ordered the ribeye steak, chicken, Marcella, short ribs, and halibut—each dish was amazing. For appetizers, we had the grilled halloumi, tuna carpaccio, and arancini, all of which were packed with flavor. The beet salad was also a standout. Every bite, from start to finish, was perfection! Last but not least our waiter was excellent and provided great service. We would definitely recommend trying out to Singh a restaurant.More info36 Degrees North at San Juan Oaks Golf ClubPrice: Expensive• Californian• Hollister•4.8

- PPatrickFresno / San Joaquin Valley •1 review5.0Dined on Jan 1, 2025The artwork inside is cute and nice to look at. Our table, which was located where you can't see it and can't see any of the artwork, might as well be located by the backdoor. The fact that we were visiting with old friends, allowed us not to notice. The food was great! All four of us all were satisfied with taste and the amount of food on our plates.More infoMainzerPrice: Moderate• American• Merced•4.3
Discover Los Banos
Located in the central part of California, the region known as the San Joaquin Valley is also informally known as “the bread basket of the planet” because of its wealth of locally produced agricultural products. The San Joaquin Valley is also home to a number of communities that take pride in their locally and internationally noted eating establishments. Los Banos is just such a community, and if you appreciate fine foods that originate from nations such as Spain, Japan, France, Mexico, and Italy, you’ll fit right in. Plus, if you’re in the market for some good old American fare, you’ll find many opportunities. American offerings include tender 40-ounce porterhouse fillets with shiitake sauce while Italian favorites include antipasto and pesto pasta with shaved Parmesan.
