Our usual waiter was busy and our new waitress did not ask us how we wanted our steak to be cooked so we kept receiving medium and red steak. Me and my wife only eat medium well or well done and Paco noticed that we were not eating. He asked us if everything was ok and we let him know that we prefer a medium well or well done and he took it upon himself to go to the back and bring out an entire tray full of medium well steak and that made our night!
