He was very knowledgeable of the menu. Helped us to decide on our entrees with knowing about each item on the menu so he could explain it to us. Food was amazing, from the starters to the main entrees. I highly recommend this restaurant and give it a 10+. My family was visiting from North Carolina and wanted to take them some where to get some good food. I hit the nail on the head by taking them to Haywire. We had 8 people, (4 pm Tuesday), (3 people at noon the first time), so the second time we actually went in a couple days before to check with the person in charge of seating and he said he would have a place ready and wrote our details down. We got there and they were not ready for us at all. We waited for a setup, and he then put us together in a corner against a wall and counter on 2 sides, though 2/3 the restaurant was empty. We couldn’t get out, they couldn’t get around, and they were not expecting us it seemed. The place was too noisy to hear except for the person right next to us. The food was seasoned really well, but the steak for the fajitas was dry. The tacos on our first visit were outstanding.
