Food and drink were fantastic, it was very quiet (even for a Saturday night) and the interior has a great ambiance to it. Would highly recommend this "hidden gem" if you are in Winchester or just passing through. Not far off the interstate and no issues with parking. We had our appetizers before our bar drinks came. Food was cooked well and had good flavor.
