- KKyleAsheville / Western North Carolina •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoExcellent food as always. Please, please, PLEASE consider getting an extra frier for just your seafood. Postero is our favorite restaurant in our town, but we were disheartened to learn there is only 1 frier tonight because my gf is deathly allergic to shellfish. We appreciate the acknowledgement of her allergy, but a separate friar would mean more customers to the establishment who would otherwise avoid it for that reason. The food was delicious as always, though I do prefer the steak you cook with the green sauce as opposed to the salty steak sauce. Our waitress was fantastic. I believe she's served us before.More infoPosteroPrice: Expensive• American• Hendersonville•4.9
- CChrisSouth Carolina •2 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoI recently dined at Fork & Plough and was thoroughly impressed. The Brussels sprouts were perfectly cooked, bursting with flavor. The beef Wellington was a highlight of the meal; the pastry was flaky and the meat, tender and rich. The lobster was succulent and beautifully presented. To top it off, the crème brûlée was divine - the perfect balance of creamy custard and crisp caramelized sugar. The service was top-notch, with attentive and friendly staff. Highly recommended for a special dining experience.”More infoFork & PloughPrice: Moderate• American• Greenville•4.7
- BBrandonAsheville / Western North Carolina •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoGreat place all around! They were out of the wagyu steak which was #1 on my list to try but I chose the bison short rib and couldn't have been happier. Twisting my arm... ok I'll be back for the wagyu. The wedge salad was fresh! The pork belly with kimchi aioli hit all the right notes as an appetizer. My wife had the blackened shrimp and said it was incredible. We finished things off with the confetti cake. The texture took it up a notch! For an upscale casual dining experience it checks all of the boxes. You should make reservations now!More infoAppalachia at The LodgePrice: Expensive• American• Lake Lure•4.9
- WWilliamAsheville / Western North Carolina •4 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoOur server Cary was helpful, professional and friendly in selecting both food and beverages. The beet burrata salad was outstanding. The pheasant special was delicious and included wonderful vegetables. We shared a crab cake which was light and somewhat creamy in texture. Excellent choice. My husband's osso buco tasted delicious but was slightly tough, hence the four star food rating. Cary's suggestion for a pinot noir was an ideal accompaniment for our meal. Will definitely return next time we're in Greenville.More infoSoby'sPrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• Greenville•4.8
