- RRexWashington, D.C. Area •5 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 27, 2024Superb, as usual. The carrot sformato was an unusual find and quite delicious. The addition of olives to the blood orange and fennel salad hit just the right acid note, Mama’s meatballs were pure beef with a strong dash of anise seed, and the accompanying marinara had been simmering for ages to pick up that deep complexity of flavors and great balance between sweet and slightly acid.More infoThe Pink DoorPrice: Very Expensive• Italian• Belltown / Pike Place Market•4.8
- AAndreasSeattle / Eastern Washington •4 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 24, 2024I wanted a quality high-end dining experience and I got it. Nell’s has been around for a very long time. The restaurant is intimate without being cramped. Conversation is easy because it’s not noisy. We had quality service and the food is very good. I gave Nell’s 4 stars for value but that might be more indicative of Seattle in general than Nell’s. Compared to dining most anywhere in the world, Seattle is expensive and Nell’s seemed pricey for the portions served. But overall it’s a satisfying experience.More infoNell'sPrice: Expensive• Northwest• Green Lake•4.8
