- AAnnaGreater Boston •7 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoOur server, Camilla, was worth the visit to Circe , because of her bubbly personality. The food , was tremendous as always. We shared the Arancini with Aioli sauce first, it was a special and they were cooked perfectly! We then shared a Caesar salad that had a soft boiled egg on top and it complemented the salad beautifully. I had a Swordfish special over Risotto with spinach and two Sea Scallops on top. It was the best piece of swordfish I have eaten. I eat out often, so this is a huge compliment to the chef! The whole experience was so special. I was with someone very special and Camilla was a joy! Congratulations on your new addition to your restaurant group! I can’t wait to visit your Cranston location! Camilla, we will be back to see you soon! Oh, not to mention the Leche martini’s are fantastic!!! But Circe’ makes the BEST Espresso Martini, hands down! Wishing you much success in your new endeavor! - JJoyceVIPGreater Boston •16 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoThe George is a bit indescribable: a little bit throw back a little bit bistro a little bit traditional like when your parents took you to a special place. Food is very good, menu extensive, service great and prices reasonable. Only one thing could be added; maybe a vegetarian/vegan entree or two. I always have a couple of fish dishes to chose from but a great veggie lasagna or grain legume veggie entree would be most welcome Overall a great placeMore infoThe GeorgePrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Providence•4.6

Discover Providence
Long known for its classic New England seafood, Providence has also recently garnered a reputation for fine contemporary dining options. As a college town, it offers an abundance of laid-back, reasonably priced restaurants. But because the Johnson and Wales University campus is home to a well-respected culinary arts program, the town has become a popular proving ground for up-and-coming chefs. Even Providence's college students know and expect good food, which keeps the standards in this waterside city exceptionally high. The food options have also been heavily influenced by the city's proximity to Boston and New York. That means a lot of hearty, locally sourced dishes and ample pizza options. Providence's palate is also quite sophisticated, with restaurants serving up everything including French, Swiss, Italian and even vegan cuisine.
