- CcodyVIPPittsburgh / Western PA •6 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoOtaru is a must for anyone looking for a great dining experience! I chose this place for my wife's birthday. It exceeded our expectations in every way. We had the yellow tail and pork boa for appetizers , then followed it up with the Otaru course. The hot meal we ended with was the udon beef which Randy (waiter) split in separate bowls for us to share. Randy even surprised my wife with a little birthday cake and together we sang her happy birthday. Randy made our first experience here unforgettable. From the beginning to the end it was flawless and we can't wait to come back again !More infoOTARUPrice: Very Expensive• Creative Japanese• Mt. Washington•4.7

- LLorienPittsburgh / Western PA •1 review5.0Dined on Dec 3, 2024The restaurant needs a paint refresh but otherwise is a delight, the food is incredibly good and the view from the upper level is simply unparalleled. I enjoyed the seasonal apple cider mule, the fantastic steak tacos and the hummus is some of the best Ive ever had. My husband enjoyed the chicken nachos very much and my son found the strip steak highly satisfying, he said the fingerling potatoes were perfect. We split a death by chocolate cake and it was just enough to be full but not overly so. The service was friendly, polite and professional. We’ll be back.More infoGrandview SaloonPrice: Expensive• American• Mt. Washington•4.1
