The staff was so nice, attentive and made sure you had what you needed. Will def be going back! Worth every penny! Upon being seated I noticed a Happy Birthday card on the table, which was signed by the staff. For apps we started with the crab hush puppies, which were amazing. The menu was detailed and also came with a guide showing where all of the ingredients came from out of NC. #shoplocal My girlfriend got the Elk, which was a first for us all, it was tender and delicious. I ordered the Lamb Shank. It was fall of the bone tender. Mom got the Salmon, which was great and had a pretty cool presentation. Paired with a dirty martini & finished with almond crème brûlée. Lumberton, North Carolina, is as warm and woodsy as its name implies. The city is located halfway between New York and Florida, and you can enjoy some great dining options with tastes of the American North and South. East coast seafood is still a standard, but in Lumberton, the upscale New England slant starts to give way to fried favorites like calabash-style shrimp and hushpuppies. You can even get alligator. There's also great Asian, Italian and Mexican cuisine. Nosh on Singapore noodles, or enjoy Italian standards like baked ziti.
