It has meat, fish, and vegetarian offerings that are rotated throughout the week. Some of the meat dishes include calf boiled beef, shashlik of lamb, and krustenbraten from young pig. Fish dishes included bass, hake, and salmon tranche. For vegetarians, there are dishes such as the goat cheese burger, romanesco, and sage gnocchi. Delta Bistro also offers desserts like the coconut cream mango coulis, a dark chocolate praline ganache, and a raspberry mascarpone with fresh berries.
