Corona del Mar Restaurants

The food was fantastic, but the portions were a bit small for the price. For example, I had ordered the double thick pork but it was more equivalent to the size of a single thick in most other restaurants. However the service was outstanding as well.

Romantic/beautiful place for a date night or even a celebration for dinner! We went for Valentines Day. They had a set menus which was all delicious, the price was a little high, but nothing too crazy. Drinks were delicious and service was near perfect. They were late on some drinks and food but our server Rocky made sure we got those quickly after she noticed they were taking a little long. Even provided us with free dessert for the wait on some of our food and drink but overall good experience!

It’s magical from the moment you walk in. As you make your way up a gorgeous staircase displaying gilded frames & Grecian statues…. The aesthetic & beautiful RH furniture is definitely a show stopper. As you make your way to the top you are greeted with sweet hostesses and wine bars on either side of you. Food is amazing! We had artichoke & burrata appetizers. So delicious! I always order a cheeseburger, it’s so good! Their salads & rotisserie chicken are yum! Finished the night with the Bananas Foster dessert, it was outstanding!!

Ocean 48 has a lot of hype, so I went in with high expectations--and they were far exceeded, thanks to the incredible service. Our waiter, Adam, truly made the experience exceptional (if you're making a reservation and appreciate top-tier service, be sure to request him). We were celebrating my father's birthday, and as someone who has dined at plenty of steakhouses, he was absolutely blown away. Adam's recommendations were spot-on, and every dish was phenomenal. The filet and 45-day aged Ribeye were perfectly cooked, and the wine pairing elevated the meal even further. It was an unforgettable evening, and my father hasn't stopped raving about how incredible everything was--especially Adam's service, which took the experience to the next level. Ocean 48 delivered in every way, and we'll definitely be back!

Ambience was great (we sat on the patio, there were heaters and a fire pit), our server Jenny was delightful, and the food, both presentation and taste, was wonderful! (We had the truffle fries, steak & tuna sushi, and the molton lava cake.) The patio wasn’t very busy, as it was a Monday night. Everything was top notch, right down to the glass of champagne when we arrived! Love that! We’ll definitely come back again!
