- RrichardGreater Boston •3 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoMy wife and I had a wonderful experience on Valentine's Day. The calamari was delicious (could have been hotter) and we split an order of surf and turf which turned out to be perfect for us. It includes 2 beef filets with sauce which were perfectly cooked, mashed potatoes, asparagus and a lobster tail all equally tasty. We chose a layered chocolate cake for dessert which was a great ending. The bar drinks were well mixed. My wife was not a fan of the house cabernet and the server exchanged it without question. She was awesome. She paced the meal perfectly and was very attentive. We will definitely be back.More infoLa Cucina Sul MarePrice: Moderate• Italian• Falmouth•4.8

Really nice, lovely atmosphere (not too stuffy and Valentine’s Day serious) and our meals were excellent. Started with drinks. The girlfriend had a spicy coconut margarita with a tajin rim, was delicious. For apps we had calamari and lobster rangoon, both were great. Main meal, we split a large piece of sautéed cod over asparagus and cauliflower mashed. So tender and well seasoned. Capped the night by splitting a slice of chocolate cookie crusted cheesecake served on top of a luxardo cherry puree. I can’t put into words how incredible it was. We love this place, it never disappoints. They put so much care and culinary talent into everything they serve. If you’re wondering whether to go to Sail Loft, stop wondering and just go. You won’t be disappointed.More infoSail Loft - DartmouthPrice: Expensive• American• Dartmouth•4.8
- AAdaVIPGreater Boston •19 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoThe food, the ambience, and the service is ALWAYS incredibly good. Going to Bocca is like going home - always welcoming and always warm and wonderful! If I were allowed one suggestion it would be: please ask people to refrain from talking on or engaging their cell phones while dining. There was a person near me who was dining alone. His entire time was spent watching rather loud videos. While I requested that the server ask him to lower the volume, it was disruptive nonetheless. Perhaps it’s just the way or the world…. The meal was still fabulous!More infoBOCCAPrice: Moderate• Italian• Fairhaven•4.8
- TTedChicago / Illinois •2 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoTook my mother here during a short visit. We had such a lovely experience. From the wonderful hostess that joked with us despite a high degree of cheesiness to every single lovely person that came to our table it was a true pleasure. I got a very playful Italian white and my mother got the most sublime martini called the butterfly. Look it up or just order it. Our food was insanely delicious. We ordered: whipped ricotta, arugula salad, osso buck and the cacio e pepe. All of these meals had such delicious elements to them (just go look at the dang menu already!). Refined yet incredibly comforting. Our eyes were bigger that our stomachs, so the value from what we ordered is almost as amazing as everything tasted. Decor is fabtastic and such a lovely atmosphere. One of the cooler bars around that I’ve seen. Treat yourself to a fantastic meal here - will make your day.More infoCandela CucinaPrice: Expensive• Contemporary Italian• New Bedford•4.6

A seaside village with several harbors that’s home to a world-renowned aquatic science center, Woods Hole offers a diverse and seafood-centric dining scene. Head to a classic and casual Cape Cod clam shack to enjoy a whole lobster or fried clams. Other Cape Cod staples, like clam chowder, steamers, lobster rolls and raw oysters, are also abundant in Woods Hole. While most restaurants in the village offer at least some seafood on the menu, you can also dine on classic pub foods paired with locally brewed beers at a gastropub or try creative twists on classic dishes at a New American spot. For a quick and light bite to eat, stop by a sandwich shop or artsy café. You can head to a bakery afterwards for homemade pie for a delicious dessert.
