We decided to sample the appetizers for our meals and seriously they did not disappoint. I had the salmon and my husband had swordfish; both delicious. We had apple crisp for dessert, and were delighted to find it was made with green apples—so good! One thing that particularly impressed me was the balance of protein, vegetables and carbs in the serving. Often restaurants serve an overwhelming amount of carbohydrates, which are left on the plate, but Union Straw is mindful, and serves perfect portions.
