Very well thought out and executed dishes. The staff was amazing from greeting us until the end of the food service. The mixologist prepared an aperitif which was out of this world and we concluded with a digestif which was just as good! I highly recommend this dining and cocktail experience in the heart of Rome. By the time we finished, the inside and outside tables were completely full. Our waiter was excellent, attentive, and engaging. We enjoyed the tortellini en brodo (a house specialty) and the paparadelle al ragu di cinghiale. Both dishes were excellent, so fresh and tasty. We will definitely return when in Rome.
