- DDomingo & MartaMiami - Dade •17 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoWe had a great family dinner as usual. Sam was delightful, professional, and real. We enjoyed our conversations with her and she is an asset to your company. Our server was extraordinary (sadly I do not remember his name because I did not catch it) but he is from Texas, tall, blonde, clean-cut, and has earrings. He was phenomenal!! Professional, friendly, and a great listener. We would love to have him again as our server when we go back. He is also an asset to your company; the best server we've had there. He and Sam should be commended for their outstanding professionalism!More infoEarls Kitchen + Bar - DadelandPrice: Expensive• American• Kendall•4.6

- FFredMiami - Dade •1 review5.0Dined on Dec 14, 2024It was my first time visiting Platea (Pinecrest, FL) and we had a great experience. Our server Adan was friendly and professional. I ordered the 32 oz Tomahawk Rib Eye, which had a different taste than your typical rib eye. The seasoning used is Peruvian-inspired and was tasty. I shared it with my wife because it was a good-sized portion. We also liked the truffle fries. They were light and crispy with that unmistakable truffle taste. For dessert, we had the chocolate ganache cake which was ok but we liked "The Garden" which is a cheese cake-inspired dessert. Its creamy and not too sweet and surprisingly they add micro greens (arugula) which gives it an even better taste. I highly recommend this place.
