The food a delight especially the beetroot cured salmon starter and parsnip valoute. Followed by delicious Turkey with all the trimmings and a vegetarian Wellington. The children had tasty burgers and chips. The chocolate tart was tasty. There were plenty of staff to serve us and it was nice to have crackers. The cafe is beautifully decorated for Christmas. My wife had the fish of the day that she described as lovely and I had the minute steak. Only £22 for a steak which is less than most pubs!
