Denver Restaurants

Denver’s location in western North Carolina makes it a great place to visit; it’s close to Charlotte but also to the Appalachian Mountains. There are a lot of excellent restaurants to choose from as well. From iconic Mexican dishes to exciting Chinese and Japanese options and several excellent pizza parlors, there’s plenty to like in Denver. If you’re looking for a local taste, you might want to try some Southern cuisine where just about everything comes deep-fried. A favorite is hush puppies, delicious balls of cornmeal that are deep-fried to perfection. You might also want to try bean soup with a side of cornbread. It’s a local favorite in Appalachia.
