Welcome to BEHIND. We are an intimate 1 Michelin star fish-focused tasting menu restaurant run by chef Andy Beynon. Situated on the edge of London Fields, Hackney, BEHIND has 18 kitchen-table seats for lunch and dinner sittings, as well as a relaxed wine bar.
BEHIND is Andy Beynon’s first restaurant, opened in October 2020. After just 20 days’ trading it was awarded its first Michelin Star. Andy spent 15 years working in some of the best Michelin star restaurants in the country, including with chefs Claude Bosi, Phil Howard and Michael Wignall.

Chakana lands on Broadway market to share the bold and beautiful Peruvian cuisine produced my renowned Michelin Starred chef Robert Ortiz.
Expect exceptional modern Peruvian cooking with a smattering of classic Peruvian dishes too.
Chakana (Birmingham) was featured as one of the best places in the world to eat ceviche in NatGeo.
To wash it all down there's a wonderful bespoke cocktail list featuring Pisco at the forefront as well as a carefully considered wine list.

Argentina-raised John Rattagan was the family grill master from an early age, in a country where the asado (barbecue) enjoys near sacred status. Luckily for London, he left his homeland as a young man and set up Buen Ayre in the heart of trendy Hackney. The headline act is the steaks, served in a range of cuts with a simple garnish. Expect warm service, fine Argentine wines and the best steak you’ll taste in the capital.

The worlds first Zero Waste restaurant, Silo's menu is an expression of natural farming and closed loop cooking, demonstrating quality within sustainability.
Situated in Hackney Wick overlooking the River Lea, the restaurant features an open and spacious, relaxed dining room, counter seating around the kitchen and hearth, as well as a private dining room.
Awarded with a Green Michelin Star.

The Marksman is a Public House and Dining Rooms in the East End of London, with a bar menu and an exceptional restaurant menu, serving great local beers, ales and ciders alongside a selection of carefully curated wines and spirits.

Moro and Morito chef proprietors, Sam & Sam Clark, opened their third restaurant, located at 195 Hackney Road in 2016.
Morito Hackney Road's Head Chef, Sevan Tchivitdji, draws influences from Southern Spain, North Africa and the Eastern Mediterranean.
Morito has a concise offering of wines from the Mediterranean - primarily mainland Spain and Portugal - with a couple of lesser-known wines from the Canary Islands. We take great care in sourcing our produce direct from the best suppliers both locally and abroad. Delicious food, the courses were so creative and well thought through. The setting and way the chefs serve the tables was also perfect, not too overwhelming, but really nice to be able to see them plate up each dish in front of you. Also loved the shipping forecast playing in the loos. Delicious cocktails too
