The perfectly seasoned beef tartare was a highlight, showcasing the chef’s mastery in balancing flavors. The beef cheek was another standout dish – tender and delicate, it simply melted in the mouth, leaving a lasting impression. The croquettes were an excellent addition, crisp on the outside and paired beautifully with the accompanying sauces, adding depth and richness to every bite.
