WE were greeted very nicely and taken to our great table and that nice young man took off our coats and hung them up. Shortly after that a friendly waitress introduced herself and continued to deliver wonderful service of great food and drink topped off by a great desert on the house to celebrate our 34th Wedding Anniversary. We were very impressed with everything during our visit to this well run establishment Another visit on my 90th Birthday will be looked for with the same enthusiasim.

Another great evening with friends enjoying the lobster tail, prime rib, beef tenderloin, and the special of the day which was Seafood Chowder and tasty salad prepared by a chef from Newfoundland! My appetizer, Carpaccio, was delicious! Tasted like 'more'!! Service by Andrew was a wonderful experience! Will be back!

I love the one price/multi course option format. Everyone enjoyed their picks. Everywhere from the welcome lounge to the seating area feels like an intimate dining experience.

This was my second visit to Post House and my friend's the third. the food is always exceptional, and the service attentive and thoughtful. It is a wonderful way to end a hectic week

We were fortunate enough to celebrate both New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day brunch at Cliffside at Muskoka Bay, and it was nothing short of spectacular. A huge part of what made our experience so memorable was Madison, who served us for both occasions. Madison is an absolute gem! On New Year’s Eve, she brought unmatched enthusiasm and professionalism, setting the perfect tone for the night. Her knowledge of the menu, paired with her genuine excitement and attentiveness, made the celebration feel extra special. Despite the hustle and bustle of a busy evening, Madison made every guest feel like they were her top priority. She didn’t stop there—when we returned for brunch on New Year’s Day, she somehow managed to top herself. Her energy was just as vibrant, and her ability to anticipate our needs before we even voiced them was incredible. Madison’s warmth and positivity truly elevated the entire experience, making us feel so welcome and cared for. We also want to highlight James, the food and beverage director, whose leadership was evident in every detail. From a seamless New Year’s Eve celebration to a flawless brunch the next day, James ensured everything was executed to perfection. His dedication to creating memorable experiences was clear, and we’re so grateful for the effort he put into making our celebrations unforgettable. The combination of a stunning venue, delicious food, and an all-star team—especially Madison—made this New Year’s one we’ll never forget. We can’t wait to return and would recommend Cliffside at Muskoka Bay to anyone looking for an extraordinary dining experience!
