Turkey Caesar salad with a twist ✅ Mains: pork belly with gnocchi and apple cider sauce ✅ Herb crusted venison , pomme duchesse & pumpkin purée ✅ beef eye fillet (rare), mash, onion jam & thyme jus✅ Desserts: Pistachio crème brûlée ✅ Passionfruit & mango crème ‘bavaroise’✅ The strawberry one ✅ Coffees✅✅✅ All this, and we felt pleasantly satisfied.
