Had an amazing experience - food was so fresh and tasty & the staff were all wonderful

We arrived expecting a buffet, and were politely told by the host it was switched to al a carte. We thought we’d be disappointed but the food and service were so great! The steak was delicious and cooked sooo well, the service was lovely. We attended on Dec 16, 2024 in case you want to give the chef and host some major props!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our morning at Historic Rivermill. We visit frequently. Service and food was excellent. Staff were extremly accomodating. Food came quickly and was hot and fresh. So much entertainment for kids of all ages. Jurassic Party was unexpectedly there hosting their reptile show. A lovely experience to add to the holiday program.

It was busy but not flat out, my meatballs were cold, we had mains come out before one of our entrees and one of our servers was quite abrupt and unfriendly. We were not demanding and we go with the flow but just a couple of things that weren't quite right.

Food was exactly how it was described plentiful delicious and great value highly recommended do yourself a favour go try it you won’t be disappointed and I can’t leave the service out and unfortunately I do not have shares in this business
