Vancouver Now Has Its Very-Own Georgian Restaurant!Dediko, owned by a mother-son team, serves the country’s famous stuffed breads and dumplings out of a cheery Evergreen Boulevard cafe. Dediko’s menu is stacked with the classics of that region, with a number of different khachapuri, soup-filled dumplings called khinkali, walnut-heavy vegetable dishes called phkali, and various grilled meats called mtsvadi. Also coming from the grill, Dediko’s kababi consists of a kebab-like grilled ground chicken patty with Georgian spices, folded in a roll of lavash flatbread.     Enjoyed the most tender 8 oz. Twigs Fillet. Can’t emphasize enough how good this food and service was. The waiter surprised us with a desert for our 18th wedding anniversary. The ambiance wasn’t as romantic as I had hoped for but overall the experience was great! It was a good choice and I will definitely do it again.

    We took our teenage grandchildren while their parents were away. Everyone walked away very satisfied. A little pricey but good size portions (especially salads and starters). Dark night but still great views.will go again.

    My mother lives this place . Serves comfort food in a cozy atmosphere. She lived her meatloaf. We enjoyed the spinach artichoke dip w/rustic bread and the bread pudding and torte were delicious. The only negative was the place was full, Thus our waitress did her best and we liked her, but did not check back after our food was served. My husband‘s pork chop was dry to the point of inedible and my fresh salmon was completely overcooked. ( She was kind enough to take the pork off our bill.) The sides that came with these dishes were delicious. It was really disappointing as it was my mother‘s 87th birthday. I’m just glad she enjoyed her meal. I ordered a glass of all back, which had a nice pour and my Spanish coffee was delicious. Will be back, however we specify how we want our food cooked!!
