Excellent local upscale Italian restaurant with white tablecloths dining. Great service by Amy who was very knowledgeable about the different menu items and was able to make informed advice to my wife, who is Gluten Free! Food delivered n a timely manner with Excellent plate presentation and appearance. Good all cooked to perfection with very ample portions. Our entrees were Baked spaghetti w/meatballs, Lamb chops, and Arrabbita pizza. We also had the mozzarella & Prosciutto appetizer, which was a highlight to start the evening. Excellent choices of accompanying wines as well.

I had the Greek lemon chicken soup that was pretty good but not the best I ever had. The roasted beets were excellent. My dining companion had the shiitake crab soup. She said it was delicious but served lukewarm warm. Her lamb gyro was very good . The restaurant at 1130 am on a Monday was very noisy. We had a hard time hearing each other.

We had a date at Can Can last night. We wanted to see if it had changed since the boathouse people bought it. It didn't. Our excellent waiter told us they make everything in house except butter and other dairy and ketchup. Their bread is fabulous. Husband the delicious French onion soup and I had potato leek soup. We split a salad. It was so enormous that even splitting, it was too much. It was disappointing/ salad with poached pears, blue cheese and dried cranberries and maybe pecans. The cheese and other add ons- not including the pears- were probably no more than a tablespoon for the whole huge salad. We split steak frites. Great steak. It's a beautiful restaurant and really feels French.

Enjoyed special birthday celebration. Food (steaks) was prepared perfectly and the service was excellent. Expensive but worth it for special occasions.

Burrata and fig was fabulous. We also really enjoyed the mussels and smoked gouda and pimento appetizers. The salmon either crab is fabulous. I had the sesame chicken salad - delicious - the dressing is great.
