Great service from our waiter Johnathan. Food was delicious and drinks were made really well.

My wife and I visit the CG in Rosemont for all our birthdays and anniversaries. The food is great and the service is usually impeccable. The bone in rib-eye is our go to along with lobster mac and cheese and the bacon flavored corn. We visited for my birthday and, except for a long wait for our booth, the night went well. Our server Francia (I probably spelled that wrong) was attentive and bubbly throughout the evening. I do miss the days when the servers took our ticket to the valet so our car would be waiting for us, but you can't have everything. We will continue returning to CG Rosemont for our foreseeable future.

We had an amazing time at Gibsons. I am gluten free and dairy free and the waitress Leslie did an amazing job communicating what they could do to make my meal enjoyable! Leslie was so energetic and excited to be there. Another thing we noted was that we did not feel rushed at all. A lot of times restaurants just want to turn the table and get people moved out. We had time to review the menu, enjoy our wine, talk, and enjoy the food. It was a great place for a birthday dinner.

Our server Francine was excellent. She was friendly, informative, and attentive. The lighted menus are genius. All of us enjoyed our meals immensely. Favorites were the calamari appetizer, lamb chop entree, and carrot cake dessert. I’m looking forward to dining there again in the near future. Maybe experience their filet mignon flight or indulge in the tomahawk paired with a wonderful wine from their extensive list.

Everything was amazing. There was 1 issue, though. We kept on getting fruit flies flying on and around on our table and plates. Pretty annoying. We are in the middle of winter and fruit flies usually are present in the warmer months. That’s concerning. If they are out in the dining room then they are definitely in the kitchen. Thank you
