Good meal. Three of us had the She-crab soup which was excellent. Two of my sons had burgers, one with blue cheese and one with pimento cheese. They both said they were very good. My other son had salmon with a bourbon glaze which he raved about. My wife enjoyed her Mountain Trout. I had the catfish which was good. The mustard creole sauce wasn’t too exciting and the Cole slaw serving was a little small, but very good. All in all I would say this was a much better meal than the previous two times that we have been here which were meals that were okay but kind of bland.

Excellent, as always. The food was delicious, delivered to our table promptly, and the server was friendly and professional, checking on us enough to ensure we were satisfied and didn't need anything. I got the wood fired salmon over polenta which is my go-to favorite. It was cooked perfectly. My friend ordered the chicken salad croissant which was huge and came with a large pile of fries. She didn't realize that fries came with the sandwich, so they brought her another vegetable substitute and let her keep the fries. I always have an enjoyable dining experience at Green Valley Grill.

This is a fabulous restaurant for a romantic date, a special occasion or just a special night. The service is fantastic and the food is always special. This would also be great for an anniversary party...lovely grounds and sitting outside when it is warmer is something special.

Our two grandchildren aer home for the holidays from college and they chose Ruth's Chris Steak House to celebrate their birthdays. Food was fantastic, as always, and our waiter was very good.

Dan and Josh did a great job coming up with new cocktails to enjoy, as always, and this quarter's theme of "Supporting Cast Ingredients" is a great idea. It gives a fresh view on other ingredients that go into delicious cocktails and not just the spirit. Austin and the rest of the staff are always so cordial and always make you feel so welcome. The scallops, bone-in pork chop, and homemade ice cream that the kitchen prepared with the cocktails were delicious. Looking forward to next month's class.
