- GGarrettAmsterdam •2 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoI am a regular here now. The food is really good and tasty couldn't be better. The menu takes me out of my comfort zone as I usually end up with dish as as generally plain eater that I am not famiilar with. But I am never disappointed with what I order and I go for the 4 courses and wine. For me as a long time Irish resident in Amsterdam who eats out quite regularly. This place has the best food in Amsterdam and is competitively priced. The ambiance is a bit disappointing the dining seats are far apart so it makes a private conversation a little more difficult. But as long as your only there to make small talk with each other who cares. As the Chef is top class.More infoPrins & AapPrice: Expensive• Bistro• Oosterdokseiland•4.6

- GGrahamKent •2 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoGreat place to bring your partner/friends for an evening meal. Food was good as was the service albeit I thought the wine was a bit pricey. £40 euros for an everyday Pinot Griego was a bit heavy I thought and all other wines were more. Nonetheless, well worth a visit and I'd go back if I visited Amsterdam again.More infoVan SpeykPrice: Very Expensive• Dutch• Binnenstad/Burgwallen•4.8
- PAPAULvipLos Angeles •27 reviews4.0Dined on Apr 9, 2022Cote de Bouef for two was chewy and gristly. Wouldn’t order again. Apple crumble dessert was disappointing and not what we expected as it was more of a pudding with crumbs on top than a “crumble.”. Food menu is too limited. Service and wine choices were excellent. Location is beautiful and the hotel is charming. Will try again as have eaten there twice before on other visits to Amsterdam and loved it.More infoBrasserie AmbassadePrice: Expensive• French• Grachtengordel•4.7
