The Ruxton will serve a mix of wet and dry aged prime cuts of Black Angus Beef, as well as dry aging Long Island Duck and Bison from Virginia’s New Frontier Farm in-house. To complement the steak options, seasonal shellfish and seafood entrees will be available including dover sole, Maryland rockfish, whole live lobster, king salmon, Chilean sea bass and more.The Ruxton will serve lunch every weekday and dinner 7 days a week.     I typically don't leave restaurant reviews, but I want to commend Nora and Cannon. I was served by Nora, who was extremely knowledgeable and in tune with what I wanted and needed. She impressed me with her ability to meet me at my level of knowledge with wine without talking down to me. I also had the opportunity to meet Cannon, who was very engaging and checked in on me to ensure that I had everything I needed. In their own styles, they both made me feel special, and they deserve recognition.
