Another return trip to Silas and we were not disappointed. Brought my parents along for their first visit to this wonderful establishment. Our server was excellent, explained every appetizer and entree brought to the table, recommended an well-paired wine, and was genuinely motivated to make our experience a good one. The food was excellent!! Highly recommend the short rib, the prime rib or the pork katsu, all amazing! Can't go wrong picking Silas for your place to dine.

Brussel sprouts were delicious, The braised short ribs were tender , tasty and paired nicely with root veggies and mashed potatoes. Our server, Ashley Beers, was exceptional. Friendly, informed and engaging.

The Foundry is a classy yet easy going restaurant in Dayton, Ohio. The food was delicious, there was live music on the night we went. The music wasn’t loud enough that we couldn’t talk, it was a very lovely singer. The service was great and we even got to chat with the head Chef!!! Great experience!!

I usually get the wonderful Salmon Salad when I come for lunch. But today I ventured out with the Spinach appetizer and an order of the squash soup! Both were very good!! :)😋

First time going to any Red Lobster, will definitely go back again. We received a gift card over the holidays, was surprised over the amount of food for the price. My only complaint is the booth seating isn't very comfortable for plus size guests. I didn't ask about being seated somewhere else because I only saw tables for larger groups instead of 2 people.
