We are seriously passionate about patties and are based in Bourton-On-The-water, also known as ‘Venice of the Cotswolds’. Our restaurant sits circa 30 guests making it a small, exclusive place to come and eat. Since opening, we have made it our mission to get our hands on the best possible ingredients. Lovely staff who were kind, considerate and friendly. I took my 93 year old father out to lunch and they were great with him. Food was fabulous. I had steak & my 93 year old father had trout. Both delicious. It is an old pub with lovely character. Very nicely kept & clearly under good management. Fabulous too to have a fire burning on a chilly March day👌

We’ve had one of the most memorable evenings at the Swan. Firstly, we were a little bit apprehensive of booking to the monthly quiz, due to our overall low IQ average but when we turned up - we were made feel immediately at home. The food came out in minutes and our demanding children were super happy. Jerry was an entertainer as a host and the quiz itself was super interesting. Edwin who runs the pub looked after us super well! all in all an amazing experience - thank you THYME!!!! I wish we knew all the answers…OUCH Bottom line / I have never been made feel so stupid and at the same time so happy to pay the bill, which was a humble amount for what a pub meal is these days. Coming back ASAP!!!!!! Quality 10/10
