OUTSTANDING literally everything from the food to the service is just 10/10. I am so happy that there is a restaurant like this off the strip, with the same level or service & quality of food. Plus, it’s locally owned. I mean if I could come here every day I absolutely would. Not only does the owner take great care how his food tastes, but also how it looks, is presented & most importantly how the guest feels. He is there WORKING along side his staff! They also have a bakery attached with fresh bread & Italian pastries that his son makes who was trained in Italy! They have dry aged steaks & homemade pasta that they make in front of you. And the wildest part is that he isn’t price gouging like everwhere else in LV. If you can’t tell, I’m a fan & you will be too:)

This was our first experience eating at a Texas de Brazil and hopefully not our last. We had a wonderful birthday dinner there. Our waiter Adam does not only walk you through everything to expect during your meal but he's friendly, energetic, and knows his stuff. The food was outstanding. They are the same meats we normally eat but ours have never tasted this delicious. The drinks were on point and the salad bar too was perfection. A+

Continues to be our favorite local steakhouse and really rivals any steakhouse on the strip! Service was great, led by Carlo De Furia--will definitely request him again. Food was solid, wagyu strip was grilled to perfection and wine selection impressed, found a great bottle of pomerol! Will be visiting frequently, thank you!
