The Winery Restaurant has been an icon among western Colorado restaurants for over 35 years. The restaurant makes its home in a 95 year old building that used to house a horse drawn fire station. A gas lamp lit, grapevine canopied alley frames this romantic location perfectly. The beautifully remodeled building contains flowered stain glass windows, barn wood and bricks.Steve Thoms acquired the restaurant in late June of 2004 after taking a couple of years off from his previous restaurant. Dinner for Valentines was our first time at Devil’s Kitchen and it was outstanding! The food was perfectly cooked and delicious. The views are awesome of the mountains and the city lights, although we did not have a table by the windows. Keep in mind you will need to call to make reservations instead of online if you would like specific seating. Our servers were very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend!

Excellent service. Entrees were really well prepared and tasty. Nice to dine in a quiet atmosphere for a change. Meal was well worth the price and a portion of the profits go to community outreach. We recommend going.
