The Ruxton will serve a mix of wet and dry aged prime cuts of Black Angus Beef, as well as dry aging Long Island Duck and Bison from Virginia’s New Frontier Farm in-house.     I went to Bygone for my birthday and I loved it. I will definitely be back. I had the chicken breast, mac and cheese, puree mash potatoes, & the Bygone Buck for a drink ( Moscow mule ). Everything was 10/10 and our waiter was amazing. His drink and menu recommendations were spot on. I believe his name was KC ( not 100% sure ). The restaurant is also BEAUTIFUL and amazing for pictures. I will be back for sure ❤️.

    Wonderful Christmas Eve experience at the Ruxton. We opted for a late lunch and were totally satisfied with the service, ambiance and (of course) the food. My filet was prepared exactly as requested and it was extremely tender and delicious. My wife’s salmon dish was equally satisfying. If you haven’t been to the Ruxton yet, you have to try it. You won’t be disappointed!

    We had an excellent experience at Azumi while celebrating my husband’s belated birthday! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make the evening special. The ambiance was elegant and perfect for a celebratory dinner. The food was absolutely phenomenal — each dish was beautifully presented and packed with flavor. The sushi was some of the best we’ve ever had, and the cocktails were crafted to perfection. What stood out the most was the exceptional service. The team was attentive, friendly, and made sure every detail was taken care of. They even added thoughtful touches to make my husband’s birthday extra memorable. Thank you, Azumi, for an unforgettable evening. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this restaurant for any special occasion!
