Cocktails were very expensive and watered down. The champagne cocktail had almost no champagne. Food was just okay. Very overpriced. Service was very good.

The service was amazing. Food was good. But the value wasn’t worth it for the money.

Food was great, but remarkably expensive for food that didn’t seem to require too much prep. Delicious, but also seemed a bit silly.

Dreadful experience. all set to spend a good bit of money here on a 3 course meal. left waiting in reception for 15 mins (restaurant not busy). staff were so inattentive. Had to ask 3 times for water. i was excited to try the cocktails. asked for ID so ai produced my EU drivers licence. This has been accepted in all bars in Caesar’s and in Vegas. Waiter looked at it as if I had printed it on my computer and told me “he’d have to check with the manger if “this” could be accepted”. For a 5 star restaurant, I was treated as if I was a teenager with a fake ID. I told him it was a legal document issued by the EU. I was told “well you’re not in the EU”. I felt so uncomfortable I ate my meal quickly and asked for the check. I was then told I had to go up to the register to pay! Again, is this 5 star service? $100 for a main course and a cocktail it is not worth it. Much better service in Panama Express. Avoid!!!

We had a great first impression and were treated very well upon our arrival. As the night went on the service became less and less attentive. Towards the end of our night, we couldn’t even get water (all three glasses were empty for 20 minutes while eating spicy pork). There was a lot of staff around but we were simply missed, I guess. This is not what I expected for the reputation of Mr Chow and the $$$$ of the night.

We were looking so forward to our dinner at Mr. Chow. At first glance, it was a pleasant atmosphere and we excited to trying a new place. We were immediately greeted at our table and our drink order was taken. That was the end of the good service. Our first course was Mr Chow Noodles and it was very good, however, it was barely warm. The next bit of food came MUCH later. We were seated near the center of the restaurant, close to the area where the food was expedited from. There seemed to be much confusion among the servers about which table the food was to be delivered to, etc. All the servers kept walking by us and looking at our table without food...but none would look at us, we assumed for fear we would ask about our food. We finally saw the server who took our order and asked him. He rushed off and came back with some of our food...a few minutes later the rest showed up. A few of the dishes were barely warm...we assumed they were sitting somewhere for awhile. The rice finally showed up after everything else was served. It was a disappointing meal...especially when it was a little over $300, before tip. Prior to making the reservation, we did see several reviews that mentioned poor service, but we thought any issues surely would have been addressed by now. That was not the case and we were wishing we had dined elsewhere.

The biggest crime is how bad the food tasted. Seriously. I left feeling scammed by paying $200 per person for probably the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. The wait staff was also overwhelmed as they roamed the entire room. It took forever to get any kind of attention.
