Cozy, sophisticated, but not at all stuffy. We devoured the Bread & Butter, and the Skate Schnitzel and Roasted Chicken were delicious! The Honeynut Squash Sundae was so unique and the perfect combination of subtle Fall flavors in an ice cream format.

This was our 2nd visit to the restaurant, and it was wonderful. We loved the food, of course. It's nice to have a small menu and not be overwhelmed with choices. The bartender made great drinks, and our server was super nice. This has become one of our favorites in the Richmond area.

A group of us enjoyed brunch at Metzger. It was fabulous! Food was excellent and service was superb! We have been to Metzger multiple times and each time it is very enjoyable. We WILL be back.

Good food and great staff. We happened to be there on an evening when they were under-resourced on both....not enough servers and many wine and food items unavailable. That was disappointing.
