Taking place the first week of March every year, the Charleston Wine + Food festival is one of the most revered culinary events in the country. This marks the 16th edition of the legendary fest, which runs from March 2-6 and features more than 200 of the hottest bar stars and top chefs in the South and beyond. Brasserie la Banque is a neighborhood French restaurant nestled in historic downtown Charleston, SC. Led by owner and industry veteran Steve Palmer of Indigo Road Hospitality Group, the restaurant is a culmination of Palmer's work and his passion for the classic French brasserie and its cuisine. The menu features a selection of traditional French dishes alongside more innovative fare. Aptly named for its previous role as a city bank, Brasserie la Banque is located within the iconic 1 Broad Street corner building that dates back to the 1700s.

This is one of the best restaurants in Charleston - and that's saying a lot. You are welcomed the minute you walk in the door of this lovely and cozy bistro. Great food served by a talented team of wait staff. A lively bar with knowledgeable bartenders (thanks David & Brett). Everyone in the restaurant strives to make your meal memorable. Always a great time.

We once again had a great dining experience at Coastal Provisions! Geoff the GM is a great host! LeeAnn our waitress was spot on with her recommendations! Joe-Joe the bartender is a wizard! Oysters were excellent, The Red drum special was perfectly cooked and elegantly plated! Apple Tarte Tatin with fennel Ice cream was a great ending to a memorable meal for myself and my wife!

Located on Charleston's Upper King Street, Indaco (Italian for "indigo") serves rustic Italian cuisine. Wood-fired pizzas, hand-crafted pastas, housemade salami and cured sausages fill the restaurant's menu which can be enjoyed family-style or a la carte. With community tables, an open kitchen, and a comfortable atmosphere, Indaco can accommodate 100 guests for a casual night of food and drinks. The wine list is focused on affordable Italian varietals, the Negroni cocktail is on tap, and the fresh sodas are made in-house. The massive wooden doors on Upper King Street are your first indication that Indaco is different from the typical Charleston restaurant. Rustic details continue inside with butcherblock tables, lime-wash walls, and white brick. The food was excellent. My son and I had a fillet. My wife had the steak and fries. We had peppercorn sauce with our fillet, whipped potatoes, and onion rings. For appetizer we did the Parker rolls. Everything was just superb. The steak, the sides... so very, very good. Service was on point. We did find it a little loud, but with two levels and 20 foot ceilings - that's a lot of room for sound to bounce around. The building was lovely, though, and our window seat was exactly what we wanted.

This location in the historic Cigar Factory Building on East Bay Street, allows room for Chef Kelly to showcase more of his cuisine to a larger audience, including an incredibly unique 40 seat raw bar. Oysters grown by the Croxton’s own Rappahannock Oyster Company are accentuated, but Kelly’s signature dishes like lambs’n’clams, crabcakes, shrimp & grits and the best po’ boy you’ll ever eat are enough reasons in their own right for constant visits. Coupled with a great cocktail program and focus on local ingredients, ROB is a great place for any occasion.

Outstanding oysters without the salinity of low country oysters. Great bar and cocktail specials. Would have like to have tried several of the fish entrees but we had dinner reservations elsewhere. I will definitely be back when in Charleston.

We had our Valentine's Day dinner here and it was wonderful despite the place being very busy. Our server was professional and prompt, the food was fabulous and the ambiance & view were excellent. It was lively but not too loud and the view was great.
