Friendly greeting and service. Varied menu with a good variety of healthy choices. Turkey club and beet salad with chicken were fresh and tasted great. The ice tea was freshly brewed and refreshing.

I had reservations and when we arrived, the restaurant was locked. I could see lights on and employees inside. I returned to my car to call. I was informed that they closed early due to weather conditions. I advised them that I had a reservation and never was notified they were closing early. They said they had called all the reservations they had for the evening. Not sure why the reservation I made though open table didn’t show at the restaurant. Very frustrating as this was a reservation for a birthday.

630 reservation, we were sat on time and thats where the good stuff ends. We went up to ask for a server after 15-20 minutes of sitting and waiting. We ordered 2 soups, drinks and the meal at the same time. cream of crab was watery and both soups were served with dessert spoons. Was told they didnt have soup spoons. Asked for bread and butter , never got it, asked again and we got a burnt cold loaf of bread. 4 minutes after the soups came out they brought out the meal. I told then we wanted the meals remade and after we finished our soups not right away. Meals came out wrong sides, missing a salad and my pot pie was terrible. Marie Callendars was better. The pot pie was watery and not thick and creamy. Wife's fish was small and cold. The only part of her meal that was good were the Brussel sprouts. Ordered creme brulee. It was a bowl of hot custard with a sugar topping. Custard is supposed to be cold not oven hot. Our total stay was over 90 minutes. They had several tables walk out because they weren't getting waited on and several tables complaining about the food and service. The manager/ owner should have been on the floor for damage control but no one appeared. We definitely will not return

Service was great, food was amazing ! Unsure why there wasn’t more people in there on a Saturday night. Went at Christmas time as well and same experience. The crab dip and cream of crab was my favorite. Brownies Sunday was delicious!

Eggs Benedict Florentine had 2 leaves of boring uncooked, unflavorful spinach on each half, and a raw, chilled tomato slice that made everything cold. I was anticipating a layer of sautéed spinach with some flavor to it; NEVER heard of a raw tomato in a Benedict. There was a huge party of 25? People at a table that spanned the width of the entire dining room, and we two were seated immediately next to them. Every other table was available. I was so close to two people on the end I could easily touch them.

Horrible experience. My husband had order 4 times because they were out of everything, brought his food before mine, couldn’t find mine then said their oven went down. They were struggling to keep up with everything. It was New Year’s Eve but it wasn’t very busy. Will not return.

Caesar salad was average. Cream of crab soup was grainy and had too many shells in it. The avocado burger and the Reuben sandwich as well as the French onion soup were great! We were seated in the bar at noon so not loud or crowded
