    We had a nice waiter Alexander but the guy serving drinks Juan Carlos was horrible and so rude. He was rude to many tables not just ours and when we tried to ask a question he walked away quickly and said ask your waiter. The question was for him since he said he serves the drinks. We told other staff about him and recommended that he needs to smile and not be so rude.

    The spouse & I were visiting my daughter, who lives in San Diego. She had not been to Madison & neither had we. We all enjoyed the tomato & burrata appetizer. We also had the cioppino, Tuscan sausage rigatoni & chicken piccata; all were so good! Spouse & I had the Ibarra & The Woodsman, which were delicious. Service from Kylee excellent. We also enjoyed the music. My daughter plans to bring her roommates here.

    Great live band playing jazz music. Server was really friendly and attentive to the table. Enjoyed my birthday dessert while my friends got some drinks and we watched the band. Had a lovely evening!

    Fun place with great ambiance and service! Food was decent but chilaquiles had nachos that were a bit soggy and the club chicken wasn’t the tastiest.

    First time at Madison. Service was not only excellent but also very attentive, and all courses, from drinks to mains, were surprisingly quick. Good, though, was good but not great. The watermelon app is probably excellent when watermelon is in season and flavorful, but it wasn't this time. I also expected the halloumi to taste more smoky / grilled. Tuna tartare needed more texture. Mains were tasty but all felt like something was missing. Also, music was very loud, which is fine but we hadn't expected it.
