   I have the chicken fried steak and the chicken breast steak was lukewarm. It tasted OK. Everything else was fine and good. The service is great.

   Had a good experience. I ordered prime rib, and normally it is very tender. It was not so tender. This time. Everything else was great. Service was great. It is a little loud in the restaurant kind of hard to talk.

   The salmon, salad, and cosmo, plus apple pie cheesecake were fantastic. Colby was a very attentive and friendly waiter. Mac’s is one of our local favorites.

   The dinner was all we expected. The food was delicious and the server was excellent. Paced exactly as we asked for.

   Was disappointed. Soup was not hot and food was not warm when it was served. It was very average. I was expecting better. It wasn’t terrible but I won’t be back. There are much better choices out there. I would compare it to something like an Outback restaurant. Very average. Dining room had many open tables so that was another sign that it’s probably not the first choice of many others. Again, if you are looking for average you will be fine. I was looking for a great date night experience with amazing food and ambiance. This just was not it.

   I would have preferred a little less noise because my guest is hard of hearing and the acoustics do not work well for anyone struggling to hear the conversation. The food was great, our server, Alfonso, was a delight. Altogether, it was a wonderful evening.

    The food is always fantastic, but they really need a remodel when it comes to the acoustics. If you want to be able to hear to have a conversation, this is not the place, unfortunately.
