Macao Trading Co. takes its inspiration from the brothels and opium dens of old 1930's Macao...an exotic time-out-of-time place...mysterious, adventurous, decadent.
Whether an intimate dinner, large party, or late night dining, take advantage of our signature Eurasian cuisine: a sumptuous blend of Chinese and Portuguese influences.
Located on Church St, at the edge of Tribeca, Macao’s décor is a dramatic composition of lighting, relics, and industrial iron work. The high ceilings and tucked away location provide a fit setting for the restaurant’s 1940's portside warehouse feel, recalling the adventure of Macao’s "red lantern district."

Great overall experience . The food was great. The lobster noodles weren’t as great as described in the reviews but this place ex was amazing . The food is great. Drinks are on point and service was A1! Would definitely revisit

My boyfriend and I ate here for a romantic Valentines dinner and it was the perfect environment for romance! Beautiful design and AMAZING food!! Highly recommend.

Food isn’t what it used to be. Ribs were very hard and not tender at all. Fried rice was ok. I use to love this place for good music, food and vibe. Unfortunately, isn’t what it used to be.
