We went to Drury Lane’s brunch with carolers for our anniversary. I could have easily given it five stars. The atmosphere was nice, food was fine, and wait staff was friendly. Right at the end, though, there was a service lapse that left a bad taste in our mouths. The server gave us a card that said happy anniversary, with two $5 vouchers for the restaurant, a nice gesture. When I looked more closely, however, the vouchers expired in two days (it was Dec. 29 and they expired Dec. 31)! Who goes to a $255 brunch-for-two every other day? I asked the waitress if I was reading it correctly and she said, “Oh, yes. Sorry about that.” And that was it! No, “Let me talk to the manager and get you a voucher with a later expiration,” or anything. Just, sorry, and then she left. What could have been a nice—albeit low-value—gesture, wound up empty and worthless; and more to the point, it was a really poor way for the server to close out our fancy anniversary brunch. Otherwise, I really would have considered coming again for a special occasion.

Do not attempt to have Afternoon Tea prior to a 3:00 Theatre performance. There isn't enough time, despite what staff says. We had to rush thru eating, and I still had to box up half of the food since we ran out of time. Very disappointing. Servers were great and very attentive.

Too expensive for breakfast experience, $45 pp. Attended during christmas. Food served was cheaper than breakfast staying at a mid grade hotel. Pancakes were not fresh but silver dollar frozen. Everything in heating plates were cold except for the donuts and omelets being made freshly. Tip was asked, but for what? Waitress did nothing but bring coffee, napkins and bill. We served ourselves our drinks and food! Too expensive for the experience!!!! Would never do it again!

Our group attended the Christmas high tea experience, and it was not worth the price or effort. The food was flavorless, all of the sandwiches were dry, and desserts tasted very processed. The staff didn’t share what each dish was, so we had to refer to the menu and guess each one. They didn’t refill our waters once and only checked our teas once — after the meal was over. The harpist did a great job, but it was almost so softly played that we couldn’t hear it. The bill for four people was almost $400. Definitely not worth it!

Everything was very nice and the decorations were out of this world. The food was tasty and there were so many different dishes to choose from. The only drawback for me was that I’m not a big eater, and that you cannot take, what I call , is a doggie bag. And I feel that I did not get my money’s worth at $115.00 plus tax and tip.

We attended the Christmas Day Buffet at Lucille's. This was our 4th year at this event. Unfortunately, the food was cold! It was not kept hot enough at any food station. I mentioned this to several people, but nothing was rectified. Although there was a great selection of foods to choose from, nothing was kept hot enough which was extremely disappointing for the exorbitant amount of money we paid. Also, the service is usually great, but this year it was mediocre at best. I had to track people down to refill drinks and remove plates. We will not be attending this buffet again. Pass.
