Great server. Unclear when you first arrive where you go if you have reservations in the lounge but it was great to have a place to meet our group and have a drink before the play.

Food was great. Waitress took her time explaining how it works, since it was our first time. Very well organized and prompt team. They held our ice cream until intermission, which was nice, so we wouldn't stuff ourselves. Even held our leftovers until the show ended.

A lovely lunch. Food was good, service ok (not as attentive as I expected), leftovers kept for us until after the performance. Very nice touch. My biggest complaint was that for $40 per meal I would have expected our iced tea and Diet Coke would have been included in the $40 charge. Instead we were charged an additional $5.00 for each drink.

Turkey was horrible. It tasted like a turkey roll processed. Awful!! I will eat elsewhere before a play. Last time I had to send my fish back. I live the convenience but you food is terrible

This was mine, my daughter's and my mother's first experience with the afternoon tea at the Lucille restaurant. The ambience was very nice, the food was OK, I mean we were there for an afternoon tea, but the thing I really didn't like was being pushed out of there after about an hour. We got there for the 2 PM seating, and by 3 PM we were asked to pay because the electricity was going to go out and then they wouldn't be able to give us a receipt through the system, that was very strange. We were also charged more than the amount I had made the reservation for here on OpenTable, and they said the price on OpenTable was from over a year ago and it shouldn't be at that price anymore. Wouldn't you think that they would contact OpenTable to have them change the price? Overall the ambience was very nice, and if we had been allowed more time I believe it would've been a better experience, I don't think we will return.

My mom and I came here for afternoon tea for their chocolate holiday theme, our first time, and we loved it. Really nice inside, food was delicious, tea assortment was nice, and dessert was yummy.
