There was no place to check in. We took a seat at a table in the lounge and couldn’t find anyone to wait on us. We went up to the bar to get assistance and they said the waiter should be around. It took more than 15 minutes for him to come to our table and we ended up being very rushed to finish in time for the play.

The buffet is always wonderful but the staff at the stations are not very friendly. They do not speak to you and for a Christmas holiday brunch where they are charging more, you would think the staff would be at their best. They gave you the feeling you were bothering them by asking for what they were there to provide. The decorations are lovely but overall not worth the additional holiday proce.

Tea was expensive at $75 to start. Adding tip and tax close to $100!

Fabian our Server and the assistant were quite good. Ut way overworked. This operation is more like a cafeteria but seated. There is ot enough help. Website says you open at 1:00 but manager says 1:30 People milling around all over the lobby and have no idea what to do or where they may get help This prefixed menu cost over $76.00 for one adult and one child - o alcohol. The portions were quite large. Considering it was lunch My granddaughter loved the table side service of ice cream sundae (We did not get out of restaurant until 2:50 and barely had enough time to go to the lady’s room before the show began I liked that they would refrigerate the leftovers. My granddaughter wrote on the top of hers and we stacked them. We only got hers, not mine. I ordered the Caesar salad nd the Turkey - way too much food ( Mashed potatoes goood, brocolini excellent, Turkey was three slices of reformed meat about an inch thick each - way more than necessary. I love Drury Lane but one crazy room for lunch, then crazy room ne t door for Tea and then the bar area. No one new where to go and no one there too answer questions unless you got in someone’s face Might try the bar or just go out to other restaurants

The food could have been much better for what we paid. The pancakes and French toast sticks were very overdone. The omelet was also overdone. Overall, I feel that we paid too much considering the quality of the food. I highly doubt we will eat here again.

We had a lovely lunch before the play. Specials are always creative and we enjoyed the cauliflower soup and the brisket ravioli! Server was very attentive

Wonderful holiday tea, treats and atmosphere all around. Loved our afternoon kicking off the season at Lucille! While friendly, service was somewhat slow - seemed short staffed serving both holiday tea as well as matinee lunch patrons.
