Fantastic intimate venue . Staff superb . Food of a decent variety and quality from a small kitchen . Musicians enjoyed playing and the applause. We had a lovely evening .

Great place with a great speakeasy-like ambiance. Went there for drinks and appetizers. The shrimps were excellent and tuna tartare also very good with a different twist! The service was very good also. Would definitely go there again!

The food was good. We were sad that the food on the menu on Open Table was not the food currently being served. We went to Akla specifically for cevichè and that was not being served at the restaurant.

Traditional Portuguese restaurant well off the beaten tourist track. Very well priced. Generous portion sizes and the service was fairly sound. No frills experience and the decor is fairly basic, the room was also fairly bright but that's personal taste.
