Not enough wait staff. We went for the truffle pairing. The food and the wine wasn’t served together. He mentioned he couldn’t carry it all. The food and pairing was delicious but the service tonight and last week was really poor. Not enough servers.

Audra and Lydia did a fantastic job serving us. excellent food, great drink service and very attentive servers. We had the porterhouse, filet and sautéed shrimp starter. all were excellent. the starter was a real pleasant surprise as it was very flavorful ad had some spice to it.

The restaurant was busy on a Friday night, which is a great sign. The service was great. The food was fresh, served hot, and very delicious. I ate more than I should have, but it was so tasty I couldn’t resist. I’d recommend the fried chicken, house double pan fried noodles (crispy and not on the menu), Mongolian beef, crispy honey chicken and or shrimp, well just about anything. It is all good.

First using “Open Table” to make our lunch reservations made everything so easy with no real waiting once we arrived. Hostess are so courteous and polite. Atmosphere was enjoyable from the design to the seating options along with the lighting. We mentioned it was our first visit and the whole staff went beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Bloody Mary and Sangria were very flavorful. From appetizer to our meals the food tasted great. I do wish the Blackened mahi-mahi tasted more blackened than just grilled however tasted good. Join their Reward club for sure. We will defiantly being returning, next time to try their dinner menu.

We finally went on a Friday night and found the restaurant was very lively. It's not surprising since the many times we visited in the past were such great experiences. This is one of the best restaurants in The Woodlands. The food and service are always great. I've never been disappointed. Make a reservation!

We had a Birthday and Fleming’s is our favorite Stake, the stake was delicious as usual, salads was good but wrong plates, it keep falling around.. the waiter was good but the table was in mass after first course and nobody cleaned it while we were trying to take pictures with cake.. but in general Stake is always yummy!
