   Have dined here before. Generally a good experience, both service and food. Experience last night was completely unacceptable (party of 12 with a confirmed reservation). Food took forever. After 2.5 hours, the last meal was finally delivered -- a salmon burger on a roll. All others in our party were finished eating and 3 of them had already left, due to the long meal. It was ridiculous how long the food took, and how uneven it was when drinks, apps, and dinner were brought out. I spoke to the manager who made an adjustment to the bill, which basically covered service. Needless to say, we won't be back.

   We were there for brunch. And it was a very unsatisfactory experience. We Waited 45 minutes for our food which arrived lukewarm and missing part of the dish. The restaurant had also run out of regular coffee. we are not go again for brunch where the restaurant is clearly overwhelmed by the number of diners.

   Anna was so sweet and attentive. We had a blast at Sunday brunch with bottomless mimosas and yummy breakfast platters.

   menu pricing doesn’t match what the charge you, service is slow, food is bland

   we are so sorry things didn’t match we are in the process of new menus and updating our systems to make things smoother and more convenient to the guest and kitchen times. We hope you come back as we are doing amazing food with the new menus and the website is in the process of being updated with the new menus as well. We promise you will love it.    Wasn’t too much of a fan of the chicken dish I had that I can’t recall the name of, but Eva and staff were absolutely amazing and she made some pretty stellar drinks. Will be back! Thank you :)

   Slow service, the wrong food was brought out—and yet we had to point that out, the food & coffee were both cold, and the food wasn’t very tasty—yet it was expensive. We won’t be back.

   We were looking forward to a nice brunch with friends from out of town but had a horrible experience. Our waitress got beverages to the table well but after we ordered we didn’t see her again. After 40 minutes we had to call a manager over asking where our food was. She said the kitchen got slammed soon after we sat but the restaurant wasn’t full. Once the food showed up about 10 mins later there were incorrect aspects and the chicken on two of our salads was dry and like chewing on leather. They added the gratuity given our party size but it was not warranted. We’ll never go here again!

   Hi Jarl, I am very sorry you didn't enjoy your dining experience. I was the manager on duty that day and your server Anai is typically very good as I witnessed her seat and check in on your all to see if you were ready to order. When spoken to you I stated we were lining everything up for your large party and it was brought right over. I also circled back with you all to check to see how was everything. The only item noted was that the burger wasn't cooked to what you liked you asked for Medium and there was some pink on the burger. We took the burger off happily and I always want guests to leave happy and enjoy their time. Open table does note that we do have 20% gratuity for all parties 5 or more. More than happy to discuss further and see how we can better accommodate for next time.

    Service was wonderful, it was Friday and the place was crowded, our server was attentive and friendly. The food was very good. All in all a very good experience.
