Wonderful way to end our day with Gina as our waitress. She was so personable, friendly and helped us select our dinner options. My vegetarian pasta was outstanding and my husband loved his chicken parm. But Gina went out of her way to have the chef make fried pepperonis once she heard that my sister raved about those being in the calamari! We thoroughly enjoyed dining at Maria and Enzo’s!

Steve was excellent as our server, despite being real busy! The place was packed and we all agreed more so than ever before. Since COVID we inherited a mass migration of Northerners and they’re still coming. The food was delicious from the Mussels through the dessert. Dessert was a Coconut custard type and so smooth and creamy with perfect sweetness!

We had a delightful experience at The Braised Onion. The most wonderful things were the genial and knowledgeable service from Joanne and the second was the quality of the food. We had both the Poached Pear Salad (the pear the perfect sweetness to compliment the vinaigrette) and the half-Caesar wedge which was also crisp and well presented. The classic liver and onions with bacon was very American and well cooked. They generously allowed a substitution for the mashed potatoes with asparagus. This Louisiana native really enjoyed their version of shrimp and grits. Shrimp were perfectly cooked; the sauce had the perfect seasoning with generous portions of andouille sausage. our pre dinner cocktails were well executed; the rolls (with their garlic and parsley topping and the whipped butter) were spot-on. A wonderful evening in Ocala.

This was our first time to visit Chart House - it was so wonderful! The view of the river at dusk, the options and quality of food was remarkable, our server Jessica was attentive, professional, and personable. The only drawbacks were, valet-only parking, a lack of espresso style drinks made available (quality of coffee should be superior), and the ambient noise. While it was not a deal breaker for us, the conversational noise level was a frustration - although, with the design of the space, there is not anything that could be done to change that. Marking the noise level as "energetic" is not how I would describe the ambiance; for people with hearing issues, a close conversation would be difficult. We will be back!

This was our first time dining here. At first the menu was a little odd and seemed small. Also it wasn’t initially clear that some of the offerings were for 2 or more people. Once past the learning curve we made our selections and found each and every item we ordered prepared with care and truly delicious. We are eager to return. Additionally our server Don, was outstanding, and made helpful suggestions, especially for desert. Chroma is at the top of truly great restaurants in the greater Orlando area, wish they were in Winter Park.

We went here for our friends bachelorette party. The food was fantastic and cooked perfectly. We had excellent service from Dale. They made it very special and took our photo and printed it and they made her a special menu which she kept. This was far beyond our expectations and she loved every second of it. Salted Brick is open to the public and is located within the beautiful resort community at The Ocala Preserve. We bring to life regional favorites alongside American classics using locally-sourced, fresh ingredients. Our centerpiece exhibition kitchen and wood-fired oven invites you to watch as entrees are grilled to perfection above a natural flame.

Our Dress code here at The Club at Ocala Preserve & The Salted Brick is resort casual. This includes no ripped jean, no gym attire, no flip-flops, no T-shirts or tank tops. Men are required to wear collared shirts, jeans, slacks and dress shorts.

Outside reservation are first come first served. We can guarantee accommodations with reservations, however we cannot guarantee specific tables.

We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at The Salted Brick. The food was delicious and our waitress was very attentive. Looking forward to another visit.

Our 3 Course Prix Fixe Dinner is priced at $74.99 per person, consists of 4 choices/course. Pricing may vary on holidays. Guests must be over the age of 8 to dine at the Chef's Table, which generally takes 2 hours.

Brunch is now served on Sat & Sun at our Tasting Room.
