For over a century, MICHELIN has been the food world’s north star (pun intended) to the world’s best restaurants. The scope of the Guide now offers a wider lens than ever before—with a new constellation of cities and restaurants added to its recs, we think it makes for some pretty appetizing stargazing. This was a wonderful experience. My wife and I went for our honeymoon, and the team at Enigma made a great effort to make it special. The food was amazing, the pairings were great, and the staff was probably the best part. The service was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. The food was a wonderful expression of a combination of techniques and flavors that made this an all around fantastic meal. We have been to many Michelin starred restaurants, and they don’t always deliver. However I am dumbfounded that Enigma Yorkville only has one star. An absolute must visit, and for us an absolute must revisit.

We tried this place for my wife's birthday. I did not know it was a Michelin star restaurant before booking the table. Everything was amazing. Definitely give the cocktails a go as well if you are going here.

Love it here my favorite restaurant in Toronto. Working a very NYC vibe in Kensington market with phenomenal staff, delicious food in a fun comfortable arty room. Sat at the kitchen bar: a front row seat to watching the chefs do their magic. Last night was a special tasting menu, highlights for me were the Crueler with Crab, the green chili, pancetta and collard paparadelle and the delicious sour dough. A perfect evening with a shout out to Rob the sommelier and my waiter who made the night with his attentive, friendly and knowledgeable service.

They knock our socks off every time. Each corner of the menu is worth exploring! The classics, the specials, the wine list and the desserts!!! (This time we had a glutinous rice cake with a brûlée’d top and it was life changing). One of the best and most consistent spots in the city ❤️
