We opened our first restaurant in Castlefield, Manchester in 2004 with a clear aim: To deliver quality food to local customers at a reasonable price in a sharp, modern space with friendly, unpretentious service. We have pursued that goal ever since and it has earned us many loyal customers. Our menu is probably classed as British with some additional favourites from Italy and around the globe. Albert's Worsley provides a slick, modern space with dining for 180 guests inside and features a fabulous outside dining terrace for 60.

The restaurant is open Tuesday - Sunday for lunch and dinner, Saturday and Sunday are also open for breakfast.

I had Porcini & Truffle Tagliatelle with mushrooms and parmesan, it was delicious. Two courses for £14.95, which I felt was very good value. I highly recommend this lovely restaurant, the staff are very polite and helpful. At the moment it looks very Christmasy, lovely.

The Byfords Festivi-Tea was excellent. From the savoury bites, to the festive sandwiches, the small cakes were a delight, who knew you could have a mince pie macaron, it really worked. I’ve been to the Ivy many times and we were visiting for my sister’s birthday. The venue is lovely which is why I always come here for special occasions. Our server was friendly and helpful. Everyone was really happy with their meals and good size portions too. The buffalo mozzarella was very delicious. Lovely gesture to give my sister a free desert with a candle in it.

Food was excellent and plenty of it. I had the Texas BBQ Chicken and the batter is heavenly. Melts in the mouth. BBQ sauce was nice and tangy. The staff are friendly and attentive. It was a business lunch so the restaurant was not too busy. Very good value for money and a venue we will definitely return to in the future.

We are not a ‘fancy pants’ establishment. Not in the least. We offer good quality, home-cooked, locally sourced (where possible) food. 90% of our menu is made on the premises. Certainly not ‘Pub Grub’ but not ‘Gastro Pub’ either. It’s good value for money. However, our standards are high, very high. Not only in the quality of the food that comes into and leaves the kitchen but also in the presentation, the delivery to the table and overall customer service. We’re definitely not ‘Silver Service’ either but all of our staff are attentive, smartly dressed and will always go that extra mile wherever they can. These are just some of the reasons we were awarded the Taste of the West GOLD award in 2019.

4 of us met up for a Christmas get together and we had a fantastic afternoon/ evening at the Archduke. The staff who greeted us and served us were friendly, attentive and enhanced our experience. The food was delicious, we all enjoyed our meals. The piano player in the afternoon created a lovely atmosphere while eating and then we moved downstairs to listen to the jazz band, who were great. One of my favourite local places for brunch. Food is excellent - we both had the Eggs Benedict with perfectly cooked poached eggs - and good value for money. The service was friendly and charming, as well as speedy and efficient, and the atmosphere lovely. Highly recommended!

Christmas Sunday lunch was lovely, the belly pork main was stunning, the pork was soft and cooked perfectly, the service was nice and relaxing, the only shame was the pudding unfortunately on the main menu there wasn't anything we liked but we were offered sticky toffee pudding which was nice but the sticky toffee sauce was missing, which was a shame.

A great place for lunch or dinner. The menu remains fairly steady which means all the dishes are tried and tested and can be cooked to perfection every time. The only downside to the restaurant is it's location, parking is relatively limited and therefore you need to park at Lelant Saltings, a minor inconvenience.

This was our first visit here and after a family function at the symphony hall we can e here. We had my mom with us who has very poor mobility, but the staff were really kind and helpful and guided us to the lift to the downstairs restaurant area. The staff were attentive, friendly, interactive and humorous - really great. The food was generally good, with the exception of the braised beef which was tough and fatty - seemed like left over beef slices rather than braised beef. Utter Waffle - a gem within the South London brunch scene! We opened our Herne Hill restaurant in 2021, and since have become an institution in Herne Hill's small but awesome food scene. Since our launch, we've collected a small cabinet of trophies and awards, and have even cooked our savoury waffles on Masterchef, Sunday Brunch & Saturday Kitchen!
Our busy brunch restaurant serves everything from fried chicken & waffles and our signature avo smash, to bottomless brunch & craft beers. For those with a sweet tooth - fret not as the desserts are pretty good too - (we're even the proud winners of The Best Dessert in the UK (British Street Food Awards)), so there really is something for everyone!
We pride ourselves on a super-inclusive menu and ability to cater for those with dietary requirements; We're co-owned by a coeliac, don't handle any gluten on-site, plus we boast loads of vegetarian and vegan options too! So what are you waiting for!?

We've eaten several times here and have found both the food and the staff to be excellent. Utter Waffle is a great go-to meeting/eating venue.

Delight in a delicious selection of sandwiches, freshly baked scones with clotted cream & jam and a selection of famous Doddington cakes and dainty sweet treats, located in our Restaurant situated next to the Café. Book for either the first sitting at 12pm or 12:15pm or for the second sitting 2:15pm or 2:30pm, Wednesdays through to Sundays. Please notify us of any Allergies or Dietary requirements in the 'special requests' when booking. Tables are booked for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Closed Mondays & Tuesdays.
We recommend pre-booking online to avoid disappointment. Walk-ins subject to availability.

Plants by DE highlights the delicious diversity and abundance of plants. You’ll find anything from vegan vanilla pancakes with roasted strawberries to a refreshing baby gem Caesar salad with macadamia parmesan or a warming heritage tomato summer stew with aubergines, chickpeas and delicious pesto.
We make everything in house, including our cultured vegan butter, cashew crème fresh, and crushed walnut parmesan.

In summer, our outside seating let's you enjoy the nice weather, while our cozy and light interior gives our guests to enjoy the deliciousness of plant-based food all year round.

The Pavilion at Kensington Palace

The Orangery is now closed for refurbishment and we have relocated to the Pavilion just in front of the Orangery, surrounded by beautiful formal gardens in the grounds of Kensington Palace The Pavilion, a relaxed and elegant setting for breakfast or lunch and the only royal palace in London where you can enjoy a traditional afternoon tea. We have a birds eye view of the Sunken Garden and the wiggly walk, which you can enjoy from our covered terrace.

Kensington Palace is now closed for visits to prepare for the new exhibition and will reopen from 13th of December. The Pavilion Restaurant will be open as usual between Wednesday to Sunday, 10:00-16:00.

My young daughter and I had a wonderful afternoon tea! The wait staff were all so kind and accommodating and we felt so welcomed. The menu looks fantastic so we plan to come back and have another meal next time we’re in London.
